AFIR and ad hoc charging
The EU AFIR regulation requires ad hoc payment and clear prices at public charging points. The plan takes your fleet cards and charging policy into account and shows the estimated cost of each stop.
Clean transport zones
More Polish cities introduce clean transport zones that electric vehicles enter freely. Planning with charging lets you move city routes to e-vans without the risk of an empty battery.
GDPR for drivers
Your organisation is the controller of drivers’ data and EV+MAP processes it on your behalf under a data processing agreement. Positions are shared only during an assigned route and never in webhooks or exports.

FAQ
Questions fleets ask us
What exactly does the planner do?
It plans the working day of one vehicle through up to 30 stops, adds charging stops where the battery needs them and estimates arrival times, energy, the state of charge and the charging cost. The results are estimates based on models and your data; the organisation and the driver decide about the trip.
Which vehicles and which area does it cover?
Electric vehicles of categories M1 and N1 up to 3.5 t on routes in Poland. The planner does not split stops between several vehicles.
How does the free pilot work?
After a short self-verification (company name, tax ID and fleet size) the module starts in the Pilot plan: 5 vehicles, 100 routes a month and up to 30 stops per route for 90 days. Then the plan changes to Start automatically and free of charge, and your data stays.
How are the paid plans billed?
In advance, for the declared number of vehicles (not lower than the plan minimum), for a month or a year, on an invoice payable within 14 days. The annual plan costs 15% less than twelve monthly payments.
What happens when we reach the route limit?
New routes are blocked until the end of the billing period, unless you switch on overage billing – then every route above the limit uses 1 credit. Routes created with a test API key do not count towards the limit.
Does the driver need an account?
No. A driver can work with or without an account: the route will reach them in the app, by e-mail, as a link or as a PDF with a QR code. These channels are part of the pilot plan.
Who is the controller of the drivers’ data?
Your organisation. EV+MAP processes the drivers’ data on its behalf under a data processing agreement. Position sharing is switched on by the organisation and works only during an assigned route.
Does the plan guarantee a free station and arrival times?
No. Times, energy, the state of charge and costs are estimates, and time windows are not guaranteed. Station data and the safety reserve lower the risk, but the driver still checks the station on site.
Can we connect our own systems?
Today you import stops from CSV and XLSX files. The API and webhooks are part of the pilot plan: test keys in Pilot, production access in Pro and Enterprise. Webhooks and exports never contain GPS positions.
Is there an SLA and support?
In Start, Pilot, Business and Pro we help by e-mail on working days, without a guaranteed service level. In Enterprise the service level, response times and onboarding are set in the order.
